IT is not my area of expertise, and so I must trust a company to assure we are both functioning at the highest level and are maximally secure. It feels like our IT is being fully managed and our systems are functioning properly at 100%. In the past, we have been on a bit of a "now this is broken how do we fix it? relationship with our IT service providers. I feel with Valceon they are looking ahead and will keep us up to date on what we need to be doing in terms of function and security, rather than our company calling with a problem to fix. This degree of service encompasses all areas of tech support. It even included making our postage scale wireless and a reorganization of our equipment storage area. They went above and beyond. Valceon seems to take pride in their work and they really want their customer's company to succeed under their management. They really want you to work more efficiently and safely. It feels more like a partnership than an "outsourcing" relationship.
